Terms of Service

One Story Moment is a private journaling app by 920four ("Tako Agency LLC"). Use it, enjoy it, keep your stories. Don't break it or misuse it. That's most of it — details below.

Your stories are yours. Full stop. They are stored on your device, and we claim no rights over them. You can export or delete them anytime.

The app is free with 2 moments (photos included). Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing subscription at $2/year, billed by the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Manage or cancel anytime there — cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow each store's policies.

Sign-in is optional. You're responsible for your account. You can delete it anytime from your Profile — that removes your sign-in account; stories on your device are unaffected.

Don't use the app for anything unlawful, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don't misrepresent the app as your own.

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (usually $2).

We may update these terms; we'll note the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
